NOTES
Additional Information:2015
Two c.1940 one-story Rustic-inspired log buildings are located in Zippel Park on the south side of E. Washington Street, immediately west of the fairground grandstand of the fairground. Both have walls built of round, notched logs and gable roofs covered with asphalt shingles. Window openings are covered with plywood. The smaller, easterly building appears to be a storage shed and has a wood door on the front (south) facade and small square window openings on all four elevations.

The annual Oconto County Fair is held at this location.
