NOTES
Additional Information:2015
Two c.1940 one-story Rustic-inspired log buildings are located in Zippel Park on the south side of E. Washington Street, immediately west of the fairground grandstand. Both have walls built of round, notched logs and gable roofs covered with asphalt shingles. Window openings are covered with plywood. The larger westerly building, which appears to have been constructed as a restroom facility, has a rubble stone foundation and a large fieldstone end chimney centered on the front (north) facade flanked by wood doors on either side. Shed roof wings extend on the east and west elevations.
