Constructed c.1940, the mill has a gable roof, corrugated metal siding, and lift and mixing machinery mounted on the roof. A one-story shed roof warehouse with concrete block walls partially clad in corrugated metal extends on the west (side) elevation, and a shed roof loading dock is located at the junction of the mill and warehouse and an enclosed flat roof loading bay projects on the south elevation. Associated with AHI No. 230625, this property is a later addition to the complex.
