This commercial vernacular building was constructed c.1900 and has brick veneer walls and a flat parapet with a metal cornice and coping. The lower story of the front (south) facade has a recessed central entrance with glazed double doors and a transom, flanked by plain metal columns and storefront windows on either side. Upper story windows have segmental arch brick headers and wood sills and openings have been downsized to accommodate replacement double-hung sash. An enclosed exterior stair is located on the east (side) elevation.
