Additional Information: | 2015 This one-and-one-half-story Craftsman bungalow was constructed c.1910. It is of frame construction, clad in brick masonry, and rests on a concrete foundation. The cross-gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features multiple roof planes with wide eave overhangs supported by decorative brackets, as well as an interior brick chimney along the north portion of the roofline. Fenestration includes groupings of original, fixed-pane leaded glass windows that are surrounded by ornamental brick sashes and sills. The front (east) facade features tiered gables clustered above a central, arched lintel entryway, as well as two brick belt courses that continue around the north and south (side) elevations of the house. Alterations include modern vinyl soffits that enclose rafter tails on the eave overhangs. A c.1930 garage at the southwest corner of the house displays brick and wood cladding, two overhead bay doors, and modern dormers that suggest the top floor has been converted into an apartment. |
