Additional Information: | 2015: The property contains a number of outbuildings associated with the Dhein Hotel, constructed by founding settler Philipp Dhein, as well as Dhein’s dairy farm which occupied much of the adjacent undeveloped land. The c.1850 livery stable (AHI No. 230525) historically associated with the hotel has a dry-laid stone foundation, clapboard siding, and a gable roof covered in asphalt shingles. A pair of board and batten double doors is centered on the north elevation, while the south elevation has been altered with the addition of three modern overhead garage doors. |
