Bibliographic References: | 2015- This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was built c.1910. Resting on a mortared fieldstone foundation, the walls are clad in narrow clapboard. Asphalt shingles cover the hip roof, which features broad overhanging eaves, exposed rafter tails, and wide hip dormers on the front (north) facade and east and west (side) elevations. A recessed porch spans the front facade, and a hip roof bay projects on the east elevation. A secondary entrance is located at the southeast corner of the building. Windows contain vertically divided, three- and four-over-one, double-hung wood sash in single, paired, and triple configurations. The property also includes a modern detached garage, monolithic concrete silo, and fieldstone silo, all of which are located east of the house on the opposite side of the driveway. |
