NOTES
Additional Information:This 1 1/2 story Minimal Traditional house was constructed c.1940. It is rectangular in plan with stone veneer and vinyl
siding and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with a central
projecting entry bay. A round arched front door is centered in the bay with narrow, 3-pane fixed-sash windows on each
side. The door is accessed via a concrete stoop with metal railings. A 6-over-6 window is located on each side of the
entry bay. Two gabled dormers project from the front roof slope; each is clad in vinyl siding and contains a 6-over-6
window. Each side wall is clad in vinyl siding under the gable with stone veneer siding below.

The building is in good condition, but retains only a moderate degree of integrity due to the
addition of vinyl siding to the front dormers and below each gable end; in addition, most windows appear to be modern
replacements. The house displays a typical Minimal Traditional 1 Yz story, side-gabled plan with minimal decorative
detailing. It's diminished integrity, however, renders it only an average representative of the style. In addition, as a form
of vernacular architecture, the house does not possess an especially high degree of architectural interest or distinction.
For these reasons, the building is not considered eligible for listing under Criterion C.

This building has not been previously surveyed. A new AHI record was created.
