Additional Information:This one one-story, cross gabled Ranch house was built in 1964. It rests on a concrete slab and is finished with vinyl siding and an ashlar masonry veneer on the lower half of the south end of the front façade home. The roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The front entry is centered on the front of the home facing west in the cross gable of the main roof form and displays a decorative wooden post and spindles along the railing. A large picture window is positioned to the south of the door and two, small 1 over 1 sash windows are to the north. All windows are flanked by black shutters.
