Additional Information: | 2015: This Minimal Traditional house was constructed circa 1940. It is irregular in plan with stone walls and an asphalt-shingled, gabled roof. The house has modest elements of the Tudor Revival style. The front elevation faces north and is asymmetrical in plan, with multiple front facing gables, a large picture window near the northeast corner and a projecting bay window located on the west side of the house. The windows in the bay are double-hung 6-over-1, while the single window in the foremost gable on the front fagade is 8-over-1. A square four-pane window is located in the peak of the secondary gable. The garage is covered in vinyl siding and is attached to the house via an enclosed breezeway. The breezeway contains a door and two double hung vinyl windows. The building is in good condition and retains a fairly high degree of integrity. As a Minimal Traditional building, it features the asymmetrical fagade and minimal ornamentation of the style. The multiple front facing gables suggest the influence of the Tudor Revival style. It is one of the few stone houses in the project area and also appears to retain its original windows. 2019: No apparent exterior changes since last surveyed. |
