Additional Information: | A-frame house (230004) was built in 1967. In 1977, the property was converted to a motel when two guest room buildings were built (AHI# 230007 and 230008). Two pole buildings were constructed on the property after 1985. Both of the guest rooms buildings (AHI #230007 and 230008) are identical and were constructed in 1977. Each building contains five guest rooms and is one-story and end-gabled. The buildings have stone veneer half walls with vertical board and batten cladding above. Each guest room is marked by a metal entry door and a large central window flanked by smaller sidelights. 2024: Not resurveyed. Property no longer functions as a motel and this building has been converted into an apartment building. Alteration includes reconfiguration of doors and windows, replacement siding and windows, and removal of balconies. |
