Additional Information: | This one-story commercial building was built c.1965. The walls are clad in cream brick and the flat roof has metal coping. Square metal posts support the overhanging roof on the front (south) facade. The facade is made up of plate glass windows with narrow metal frames, and the two storefronts are separated by a brick pilaster. The window wraps around the southwest corner, and a five-panel wood door is centered on the west elevation. The rear (north) elevation has concrete block walls with small four-light fixed windows, several of which have been infilled. The east elevation is of concrete block and has no openings. The property is a modest example of a 1960s commercial building. |
