Additional Information:
Bibliographic References:1936 tax roll identifies Justin Williams as the owner but no improvements are recorded. "Cape Cod Beauty Catches Historic Acclaim," River Falls Journal, 25 August 2011 (story posted online on 23 August). Article indicates that the house was built in 1936 (perhaps it was started in 1936) at a cost of $3,600. the house is noted as faced with local limestone. A letter submitted to the RFJ on 5 October 2011 by Justin "Jud" Williams, the son of Justin Sr. indicates that his father had built the house with an FHA loan and that Professor Roy Spriggs was the architect. Two innovations of the home were, as cited, a downstairs powder room and an oil furnace.
