It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2016- "This two-story American Foursquare house was constructed c.1910. It has box-like massing covered with stucco and low-pitched hip roof covered with asphalt shingles that features wide overhanging eaves with modern vinyl soffits and an interior chimney. A low-pitched hip roof dormer with overhanging eaves is centered on the front (east) facade. It features a group of three multi-light fixed windows. A one-story full-length porch spans the front facade. The low-pitched hip roof is supported by square columns covered with stucco. A one-story pent roof bay is located on the side (north) elevation and a one-story shed roof addition is located on the rear (west) elevation.
