NOTES
Additional Information:2022 - The house was constructed circa 1950 and is a one-story side-gabled, ranch form with the characteristic horizontal massing, low-pitch roof, asymmetrical fenestration, wrought iron accents, and an attached garage. The exterior cladding is cream brick veneer, and the roof cladding is asphalt composition shingle. The primary entrance is in the east elevation and is sheltered below a front-gabled projecting overhang that rests on wrought iron supports. A picture window with one-over-one flanking sidelights and a bay window are on either side of the primary entrance. A secondary entrance is in the east elevation of the enclosed breezeway that connects to the front facing attached garage. Property tax records indicate that William Bruss owned this house in 1961 and continued ownership until at least 1966.
