Additional Information: | This 2-story Dutch Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1910. It is rectangular in plan with red brick and vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled cross-gambrel roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a flat-roofed front porch with squared pier supports and a newer wood railing. Inside the porch is a single doorway and two 6-pane picture windows. The roof of the porch is enclosed by a newer wood railing with squared wooden posts supporting a flat roof. Inside the second-story porch is a single door and a 1-over-1 window. Above this is a small single-pane window. The building is in good condition, but retains a relatively low degree of integrity due to the addition of vinyl siding to the second story, alterations to the front porch, and the addition of a second-story porch. Because of its diminished integrity, the house is a poor representative of Dutch Colonial Revival architecture and does not possess a high degree of architectural distinction. This building has not been previously surveyed. A new AHI record was created. 2019: Not resurveyed - loss of integrity |
