| Additional Information: | 2014- "This 1-story Contemporary building was constructed in 1974. It is irregular in plan with stone veneer and clapboard walls and an irregular, asphalt-shingled roof with wide overhanging eaves. The front elevation faces northeast and is symmetrical in plan with a central front-gabled entry bay rising above the main roofline. The bay is clad in stone veneer with vertically oriented window bands on either side of a central doorway. Window walls are located on each side of the entry bay.
