Additional Information: | The corn crib has a maetal gable roof and horizontal walls; its long axis is oriented north-south. Resources associated with the Sabin Farmstead include the house (#5137), small animal building (#227638), corn crib (#227639), basement barn (#227640), gambrel roof barn (#227641), gambrel agricultural outbuilding (#227642), storage outbuilding (#227643), and shed (#227644). 2014- "The corn crib (AHI #227639) was constructed circa 1940. It is rectangular in plan with its long axis oriented north-south. The building has a metal gable roof, horizontal slat walls and sliding barn doors of vertical board construction located in the south gable end." - "IH 39/STH 19, approx. 1 mile N/S on IH 39 and 0.75 mile E and 0.5 mile W on STH 19 from IH 39", WisDOT ID #1010-02-04, Prepared by Megan Daniels (2014). 2020: Resurveyed - appearance unchanged. 2022: Appearance unchanged. |
