Additional Information:2013- "The Bristol Motel was constructed c.1960 in a Contemporary style. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a lowpitched shed roof. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with pairs of individual doors and small pairs of sliding windows just below the roofline.

An adjacent illuminated roadside sign reads "BRISTOL MOTEL." The sign is of metal construction and is anchored to a brick and concrete base. The sign is illuminated by individual light bulbs and neon tubing."
