Additional Information:""Prof. Bill" Burdicks House; Art-Deco built in the early 1930's by Russ Burdick and Carl Dudley, brothers of the Burdicks. The exterior is constructed of multi-colored Burlington stone." Milton Historic Preservation Commission, History in Progress: Hiking/Biking Tour of Historic Milton, Wisconsin, n.d. 2024: This 1 ½ story Tudor Revival house was constructed in 1929 for William and Erna Burdick. It is T-shaped in plan with a stone veneered exterior and a steeply-pitched asphalt-shingled roof. The front elevation faces north and is dominated by a front-gabled bay that projects from the east end of the main side-gabled building mass. The projecting bay contains a pair of multi-pane casement windows at the first story and a diminutive two-pane window below the gable. West of this bay is a round-arched door sheltered under a shed-roofed awning that projects from the main roofline. The remainder of the façade contains another pair of multi-pane casement windows. A stone-veneered chimney projects from the roof peak.
