NOTES
Additional Information:This split-level, four-bedroom house with family room is sheathed with a combination of brick, board and vertical board-and-batten sidings. The multi-story north portion of the home is topped with a hipped roof and includes the garage, while a single-story and side-gabled living room wing with overhanging eaves and an original tripartite window arrangement is found to the south. Both the original elevation drawing and a 1966 photo of the home indicate that the only exterior changes (aside from painting) that have been made to the home include a small, one-story rear addition.

This home was built at an estimated cost of $20,000 in 1965-66 by Mars Realty, which was run by Marvin & Stanley Wasserman. No ownership information could be gleaned from the permit file.
