Additional Information: | This Minimal Traditional house is side-gabled in form; however, a front-gabled projection (with an original, wooden, angular-design porch support) shelters the entrance and carries a pair of two-over-one-light, horizontal pane windows. The gabled peak of the front-facing projection is covered with board-and-batten, while the remainder of the home is sheathed with a stone veneer. Original, wood-frame, horizontal-pane windows appear to remain largely intact throughout the house. Assessor’s records indicate a 1950 date of construction for the home. The earliest identified owner of the home was Emily Schmidt as of 1964. |
