Additional Information: | This 1-story Ranch house was constructed in 1984. It is L-shaped in plan with a board and batten exterior and an asphalt-shingled, low-pitched gable roof. The front elevation faces south with a single window bank consisting of a picture window flanked by 1-over-1 windows; east of this is a front door recessed under the overhanging roof eave; the free corner of the overhang is supported by a buff-colored brick pier. The remaining portion of the façade is clad in buff-colored brick and contains a 2-car garage bay with a single overhead door of wood panel construction. Matching wood paneling is located in the asymmetrical triangular wall space above the garage. Heavy beam supports are located under the eaves at the peak and at each end. |
