Additional Information: | This 1 ½ story Craftsman Bungalow was constructed c.1923. The house is rectangular in plan with aluminum siding and an asphalt- shingled side-gabled roof with a flared front eave that extends to the top of the first story and is accentuated by exposed rafter ends. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with a recessed front porch spanning the width of the facade. The porch features red brick corner walls and quarter walls along the sides and front with a central door accentuated by matching sidelights. The door and sidelights contain matching multi-pane glazing. Three 3-over-1 cottage style windows are located on each side of the front entrance with additional banks of three 3-over-1 windows enclosing the porch on each side. A front-gabled dormer containing three 1-over-1 windows projects from the front roof slope. The dormer and both side elevations features curved brackets under the eaves. |
