Additional Information: | Nine-story, rectangular building clad in light-colored brick laid in a running-bond pattern. A canopy with wave-like arches exists over the main entrance. The wave-like arches are repeated on the rooftop and at a one-story projection on the north-facing facade. When opened, the building featured seven to nine units on each floor. Each unit was about 400 or 500 square feet and included space for a bedroom, kitchen, dining-living area, and bathroom. The top floor included space for a recreation and activity center. 2017 UPDATE - THIS BUILDING LOOKS SUBSTANTIALLY LIKE IT DID WHEN LAST SURVEYED IN 1996. |
