NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This farmstead consists of eight historic resources including two houses, a pump house, dairy barn, bank barn, basement barn, granary, and garage. All resources are associated in AHI No. 4877.

The astylistic utilitarian basement barn complex was constructed c.1880. It is irregular in plan with a raised fieldstone foundation, vertical board and board and batten walls, and a metal clad gable roof. A shed-roofed corn crib addition is located off of the east elevation. The northern elevation contains five square openings at regular intervals along the foundation wall. Hinged doors are located at various locations throughout the building. The rear addition contains a front-gabled projection with a large “drive through” opening.
