ROUND ARCH DOOR IN SMALL STONE BAY. SIDE PORCH W/PAIRED DORIC COLUMNS AND WIDE MOULDED EAVES. BRICK LINTELS W/STONE KEYSTONE. Building was constructed in the Meditteranean Revival style in1935 for the Karth family as both a residence and funeral parlor. In 1994, the building was remodeled and enlarged and given its present Tudor Revival style form.
