Bibliographic References:SHOREWOOD BUILDING PERMIT FILES. Assessor's information. City directories. "Erect House on N. Lake Drive," The Shorewood Herald, 24 October 1963, p8. The article cites the permit was taken out by C. Robert Mologne; the house was estimated to cost $30,000 and the garage $1,200. Mologne was the builder-contractor. The 1964 city directory did not include the address of 4113 but there was a 4117 (which is not a current Lake Drive address) and it was noted as vacant. As of 1965, the Steiners are confirmed as residing in the house, Shorewood Herald, 17 March 1965.
