2012- "This property consists of a golf driving range, miniature golf course, a modem garage building and a Contemporary-style, A-frame combination house and office building. The house (AHI #221130) is oriented on an east-west axis and sheathed with board-and-batten siding. The A-frame's south endwall is pierced by two sets of casement windows on the first floor and a large two-light picture window underlined with awning windows on the upper level. The lower portions of each sidewall are highlighted by a series of angled wooden beams that suppmt an extension of the roof slope. Meanwhile, the north endwall consists of a central brick wall chimney flanked by sliding patio doors. Picture windows flank the chimney on the upper level. The office wing's south side features a continuous line of thin windows near the eave while the north facade is outfitted with a trio of sliding patio doors. The garage wing on both the notth and south facades canies a line of thin horizontal windows. A pair of garage doors and brick veneer defines the westem elevation.
