| Additional Information: | 2012- "This newly inventoried house is located on the south side of East Jefferson Street, between South Worcester and South Albany streets. Erected ca. 1910, the two-story house rises from a rock-face concrete block foundation, faces north and is oriented perpendicular to East Jefferson Street. The house is finished with narrow board siding and capped with a steeply-pitched, asphalt-shingled roof. The house displays the influence of the American Foursquare style in its two-story height, nearly square floor plan, blocky shape and low pyramidal roof with dormers. The smooth, Tuscan porch columns are indicative of the Colonial Revival style." - "E Jefferson St, Worcester St to STH 23 (Winstead ST)", WisDOT ID #5916-00-01", Prepared by Rachel E Bankowitz (2012). |
