NOTES
Additional Information:"Waukesha Bypass Architecture/History Survey--Addendum," WisDOT #2788-01-00 (January 2012), Prepared by Heritage Research.

2011- "This one-and-one-half-story, Cape Cod residence is sheathed with a Lannon stone veneer. The primary (south) elevation
displays a large gabled wall dormer towards the left (west) side. The main entrance is located within a small projection
whose roof is combined with that of the wall dormer. The space to the left of the door is occupied by a six-over-six,
double-hung sash while the area to the right (east) is dominated by a twenty-four light picture window. A stone wall
chimney is attached to the eastern fa<;ade. Remaining fenestration generally consists of six-over-six, double-hung sashes.
Plat maps indicate that this parcel had been subdivided from a larger plot of land as early as 1949 and assessor records
show a 1947 date of construction. No name was cited with the plot and additional research did not provide a clear
indication of ownership."
