Additional Information:THIS BUILDING SERVES AS THE STUDENT UNION AND ACTIVITY CENTER FOR THE CAMPUS HILL PORTION OF THE UW-EAU CLAIRE CAMPUS. IT IS HIGHLY INTACT AND CONTINUES TO SERVE ITS ORIGINAL PURPOSE TODAY. THE BUILDING WAS DESIGNED BY THE FIRM OF DURRENT-DEININGER-DOMMER-KRAMER-GORDON OF DUBUQUE, IOWA, AND IT WAS COMPLETED IN 1968. IT IS ONE OF THE MOST INTACT STUDENT UNION BUILDINGS ON THE UW-SYSTEM CAMPUSES AND WAS SPECIFALLY DESIGNED TO BRIDGE ITS CHALLENGING HILLTOP SITE.
