Additional Information:Ranch house with a T-shape plan and a low-pitched side gable roof. Clad in brick veneer, the house features wide overhanging eaves, exposed rafters, a wide interior brick chimney, a band of one-over-one awning windows, large fixed windows comprising a window wall on the west side of teh facade, an entry bay with fixed windows extending from the primary wing, and an integrated garage. The permit identifies the house was constucted by the contractor Syurud for Don Halverson.
