| Additional Information: | Contemporary-style Ranch house with a flat roof and modest Asian-style influences. The house features wood clapboard, narrow vertical wood siding, and brick veneer. The roof has wide overhanging eaves and an exterior brick chimney. The house's plan features a central courtyard with a roof cutout and decorative wrought-iron gate. Bands of casement windows and elevated fixed windows are located along the house, and the entrance features original double doors flanked by large fixed sidelights and transoms. A two-car garage is integrated into the facade. The original permit lists Fisher & Fisher as the contractor. In 1984 a cantilevered deck was added to the rear, but it is not visible from the right-of-way. |
