NOTES
Additional Information:This one-and-one-half story Bungalow was constructed c. 1920. It is of frame construction with a rectangular plan, sheathed in asbestos siding and cedar shakes, and rests upon a concrete block foundation. The hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles and extends past the walls in wide overhanging eaves. An interior brick chimney rises from the ridgeline at the rear eastern slope, while a shed roof dormer is located centrally above the main entry. A full-facade porch extends across the front of the house. The house retains most of its original features, however the porch has been enclosed and some windows appear to be replacements. A detached single-stall garage is located behind the house.
