Additional Information: | Prairie and Colonial Revival hybrid. Sears, Roebuck & Company Model No.146/Saratoga. This house was built around 1918 for Steve Mahar, who owned it until at least 1920. No information was found on Mahar. The next available directory places William Heimann at the house in 1950. He stayed there until at least 1954 and sold the property to Byron and Milton Sell around 1958. |
