It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. INFO FROM ROBERT MENTS, LAONA. ADJACENT FARM TO SUPPLY CAMP W/FOOD. THIS SITE IS 300M. EAST/WEST AND 200M. NORTH/SOUTH. IT WAS A FARM CREATED TO SUPPLY CONNOR LOGGERS WITH FOOD AND HARDWARE. SURFACE COLLECTIONS YIELDED A LARGE AMOUNT OF FARM UTENSILS, LOGGING DEVICES, AND OTHER ARTIFACTS HOUSED IN THE MUSEUM AT THE SITE. TEST PITS REVEALED 1 WIRE NAIL, 1 COW PHLANGE, 1 CUT COW BONE, AND 1 CHERT FLAKE. THE SITE WAS PREVIOUSLY RECORDED AS F.S. #05-010. WAS SURVEYED AS PART OF THE AMERICAN NATURAL RESOURCES PIPELINE SURVEY.
