Additional Information:VERY SMALL GEOMETRIC CORNICE RECESSED WINDOW SPANDRELS W/BRICKWORK AND STONE PANELS. WINDOWS SEPARATED BY BRICK PILASTER. DOOR W/SIDELIGHTS AND TRANSOM. HUGE CANOPY OVER ENTRANCE. TWO STORY SIDE WING.

Originally finished with wood, this building was veneered with orange-brown brick c. 1925. Alterations.

This was the Mitchell House Hotel from 1892 until at least 1926. It has been an apartment since at least 1982.
