Back porch was added in 1922. Chvala family (Joseph and Anna) attached siding in the 1950s.

Purchased by Dennis Fitzgerald and rented in 1932 to the Chvala family. They purchased the property from him in 1946. Fitzgerald owned the Lumber Co, Land and Loan business and ran a General Store in downtown Tomahawk. Later purchased by the Mullin family. Beatrice Mullin was an area kindergarten teacher from 1948-1968.
