2013- "This previously inventoried Bungalow is located on the east side of North 4th Street, between West Washington Avenue
and West Soma Avenue. Erected ca. 1920, the one-story house faces west and is oriented perpendicular to
North 4th Street. The house is finished with cobblestone and exhibits an asphalt-shingled, low-pitched hip-roof with wide
eaves and exposed rafters. A dormer pierces the roof of the west-facing (front) facade. The recessed, front entrance is
accessed via a set of concrete steps with cobblestone piers and wing walls. A large, exterior chimney pierces the roof of
the north-facing facade. The fenestration throughout the house appears intact and displays mostly three-over-one
Craftsman windows. The wide eaves, exposed rafter tails, cobblestone exterior, multipaned windows, and dormer facing
the street are characteristic of the Bungalow style."
