Additional Information:SLIGHTLY PROJECTING SIDE BAYS W/DECORATIVE PARAPETS W/STONE COPING, BRICK WALL PILASTERS W/STONE CAPS, SEGMENTAL ARCH AND PLAIN TRANSOMS OVER GROUPED WINDOWS. HIGH FOUNDATION W/STONE BASEMENT COURSE, DOORS W/TUDOR ARCHED FANLIGHT AND RECESSED STONE SURROUND.

THE LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IS SIGNIFICANT UNDER CRITERION C AS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF CLASSICAL REVIVAL STYLE ARCHITECTURE IN AN EDUCATIONAL BUILDING. THE LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WAS CONSTRUCTED ON THE EAST SIDE OF TOWN TO HELP CONSOLIDATE THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN TOWN.

This building was demolished between 1991 and 2006.
