The Grand Staircase descends from the east side of the Lake Park Pavilion to the bottom of the bluff. The staircase has a curved concrete balustrade and handrail. Concrete steps are located at the base of the staircase. Decorative concrete railing and columsn at the base of the staircase have been removed. Date of construction from "A History Walk Through Lake Park."
