Two-story, rectangular plan, brick veneer yacht club located along McKinley Marina. The building has a shallow pitch roof and fixed and awning replacement windows. The earliest portion of the building is attached to the north of the larger, c.1965, building and has a flat roof with exposed rafter beams. This portion of the building dates to c.1960, according to historic aerail images. The main entry into the Yacht Club is on the first floor and recessed behind arched columns. A metal staicase provides access to the second story balcony. A freestanding metal awning covers the walkway into the Yacht Club.
