Rectangular plan, flat roof maintenance and service building. The building has a tile cap and stepped roof line. Four overhead doors, one of which is original, are located on the east elevation. Double-hung windows are covered on all elevations. The building is mostly clas in brick, however concrete block is found on the west elevation. Date of construction from the Milwaukee County database. This resource is located in Warnimont Park, part of the Lake Michigan South Parkway.
