All windows on main facade have cut stone sills formed by string courses. A stamped metal lintel above the first floor display windows has a scalloped pattern embossed in it. The building has a complex corbelled parapet with a fine metal cornice above bearing an embossed fleur-de-lis pattern. NAER INVENTORY (07/1979): This building, built in 1893, was originally owned by the Hagemeister Brewing Company. It was then being used by the McIntyre-Phillips-Bural Company as a factory for manufacturing harnesses, saddles, horse collars, and other equestrian hardware. By 1915 the building was being used by the Thomas Overall Company. In 1929 there were four businesses in the building: Green Bay Awning and Tent Company, Hoslett Silk Company, Green Bay Auto Top Shop, and Janet Sales Company. This three-story building is constructed of dark yellow brick with a slab stone foundation and measures 45' x 56'. A horizontal line of slab stone carries across the front of the building under the second and third floors. The center of the building protrudes form the rest of the facade in a vertical rise which contains the central entryway of the building. The cornice displays a decorative frieze across its length with a line of crenelation below. The building has timber beams and an elevator capable of carrying 1500 pounds.
