It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2011- The Tosa Pool was excavated and expanded from the original 1939 pool in 2010. Swimming and waiding pool with a large waterslide. A grassed area is adjacent to the pool. A metal fence surrounds the pool. The swimming pool is located in Hoyt Park, which is located in the Upper Menomonee River Parkway. The Hoyt Park Bathhouse and Swimming Pool, presently known as Tosa Pool, was first constructed in 1938 as a part of the development of Hoyt Park on the south side of the Menomonee River. The Bathhouse has since been remodeled considerably, and the swimming pool was re-constructed in 2010. Resurveyed 2018: no changes. Resurveyed 2021: appearance unchanged |
