Additional Information:A grass-lined emergency spillway is located on the south side of Lower Red Lake. It was constructed by excavating a shallow channel around the right end of the right embankment and leaving a small three-foot-high berm of natural ground. The emergency spillway is approximately 150 feet long. The crest is 20 feet wide at an elevation of 899.2 feet.
