Additional Information:This end-gabled brick building was constructed around 1905 for the Janesville Barbed Wire Company (see AHI #186401 and #20142). The building originally housed the company's machine shop.

All of the original tall windows have been covered with plywood panels. The original large door openings remain, but doors are modern steel overhead doors.
