NOTES
Additional Information:This two story house features an irregular shaped plan configuration, an unspecified stone foundation, a brick exterior, a brick trim and an asphalt shingled multi-galbed roof. The building is a late example of the Italianate style, with its segmentally arched windows, projecting brick window hoods, and a low pitched roof with overhanging eaves. Formerly a single family residence, this three-unit apartment is in good condition. It was owned in 1982 by Roger E. Young of 3217 Mt. Zion Avenue, in Janesville. This dwelling was built in about 1878 for Newton Clark, a cattle and horse dealer. (See Bib. Ref. A, B).
