| Additional Information: | The Lincoln Park Golf Course is located on the east side of the Milwaukee River within Lincoln Park. The six-hole golf course opened to the public in 1916. Three additional holes were added to the course the following year. In 1937 the county acquired the golf course. As a designed landscape, the golf course features rolling topography, water hazards, sand traps, small hip roof shelters, and planned groupings of deciduous trees and shrubs. |
